Our Mailing Services Center will assist you in designing your mail-piece to meet Postal requirements.  We’ll then take your customer list (or we’ll purchase one for you) and prepare the data for the lowest possible postal discount.  We then use your list to address your mail-piece using state-of-the-art addressing equipment.  After addressing we prepare the necessary Postal paperwork and deliver your finished mail to the Post Office location that gives you the lowest postage cost.

Data-Processing Services:

• Database management for your client and contact lists, including list merging and dedupe services.
• Acquisition of targeted mailing lists based on geographic area, SIC Codes, size of business, number of employees, demographics and many other criteria.
• Data Entry in Macintosh or Windows format.
• Postal Service approved carrier route and ZIP+4 presort services (CASS Certified).
• All data formats handled including diskettes, 9-track, ZIP drives, CD-ROM and electronic FTP transfer.

Addressing Services:

• High quality barcoded ink-jet addressing.
• High resolution mail-merge laser letters.
• Machine and hand envelope inserting.
• Preparation of all document required by the United States Postal Service.
• Delivery to local Postal centers for optimum postage savings.
