Mailing Services:

When you are ready to mail, just tell us which area you want mailed, we’ll label your mail piece, prepare the necessary USPS documents and deliver it to the Post Office. 

Don’t spend valuable time applying peel-and-stick address labels on postcards.  Don’t spend valuable time trying to figure out how to fill out that confusing USPS paperwork.  Don’t spend valuable time driving to the Post Office and standing in line to get your mail verified.  We do it all, and usually it’s less expensive than doing it yourself!

Database Maintenance:

We’ll hold your Farm Area database on our computer.  You can Email us any adds, deletes or revisions. 

Presorting Your Data File:

The USPS gives discounts for addressing the mail pieces in ZIP Code order.  We’ll examine each record, standardize the address to USPS specs, apply a barcode when needed, address the mail pieces in the correct sequence and sort them into trays.  We’ll perform this service for $3.50 per 1,000 records.  This service can reduce your postage costs by 10%-60%.

Drop-Ship Services:

We can presort the mail by destination and then drop it at local and regional Post Offices.  The USPS gives a discount in postage for drop-shipments.  We compare postage savings from the USPS against our costs for trucking;  When the postage savings exceed the trucking costs, we’ll arrange for drop-shipping the mail. Additionally, drop-shipping always speeds up delivery.

National Change of Address Services (NCOA):

The USPS requires that all Presorted First Class Mail have address accuracy confirmed via a method to correct all “bad and/or moved” addresses.  Since this service identifies those people who have moved, you  can decide if you want to mail to those addresses.  By not mailing to invalid addresses, NCOA saves postage and printing costs. We’ll perform this service for $5 per 1,000 records (Minimum charge is $)
